Federal Street Cycle Lane – Early 2018
In the summer of 2018 Resin Surfaces constructed the Cycle way on Federal Street from Fanshaw st to Victoria Street.
The work involved re-doing the line marking, segmenting off about 2 meters of carriageway on the uphill side, as dedicated cycleway, creating the separation by Planters, Plastic judder bars, hit posts and bauxite banding.
he four main intersections were decorated with big coloured spots, which indicate to drivers and pedestrians alike to be careful.
The work also involved installing Islands and a pedestrian crossing on Wyndham street.
